I got a Motorscooter from the S. Man. That stands for Santa. It is hard because I can't ride it for a while because we have snow. That kind of makes me sad, but I am still really excited for it. I can ride to my friends houses in a flash.

My First Dynamic Dudes
.jpg)
I performed at the Festival of Trees last week. It was my first time as a Dynamic Dude. That means I am in the older 3rd grade group. I don't have to wear that baby dress anymore. I liked that dress when I was little, but now I am too old for it. I love my new black pants and my pretty top. My Christmas concert is on Dec 5th at 4pm at the Civic. I can't wait.

Cooking
I love to cook. I won this cookbook from school in kindergarten. I decided I wanted to make something out of this book. I found a recipe that we had all the ingredients for and made it. I made cheerios bars. They are a lot like rice crispee treats but with cheerios. They were really good. I really like to cook. Yesterday I made smoothies for my family for breakfast. Here is the recipe for the cheerios bars.
3 Tbs. Butter
1 bag mini marshmellows (6 cups)
5 cups cheerios
1.Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
2. Melt the butter and marshmellows in a saucepan on med. heat. Be careful because this burns easily.
3. Pour the cheerios in the melted marshmellows and mix well.
4. Pour in pan and cut into squares.

Kit Kittredge An American Girl Doll
My Grandma Margo made a deal with me. She loves dolls more than anything. She has so many special dolls of her own. She said that if I save half of what an American girl doll costs then she would pay for the rest of the doll. So I saved for a long time. But actually it didn't take me very long because I am a good saver. My sisters are not good savers. Ashleigh spends all her money at the mall. Brittany likes to spend all her money on dog stuffed animals. So I was the first to save enough money. I got Kit Kittredge. She is so beautiful. My grandma says she looks like me.
They made a movie that was in the theatre about my doll.
Here is a summary of the movie. It is so good.
"'Kit Kittredge: An American Mystery' centers around a young girl living in the struggles of the Great Depression. 10 year old Kit lives in a boarding house her parents own in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has a passion for writing, & dreams of having something of hers put in the local paper someday. With the help of her friends, Sterling & Ruthie, will her dream finally come true?
This movie is so good. Be careful because my mommy cried almost the entire movie. I cried just a little bit. You should rent it because it's so good.
